How to Schedule a Ride

- Request preferred travel time
- Confirm reservation with our team
• Local demand rides available 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Saturdays: Life-sustaining trips only. Means transportation is limited to essential medical care, such as dialysis or other treatments necessary to maintain a person’s health.

Our scheduling team coordinates the best available trip for your needs. Please be ready at your pickup location a few minutes before your scheduled time.
Advance Scheduling
Passengers are encouraged to call at least one business day before their ride to ensure availability.
