How to Schedule a Ride

Booking Process
Our scheduling team coordinates the best available trip for your needs. Please be ready at your pickup location a few minutes before your scheduled time.
Service Hours
• Demand-response rides are available Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
• Demand response is flexible transportation that comes right to you. Rides are scheduled based on each rider’s requested pickup location and destination rather than a fixed route
• Saturdays: Life-sustaining trips only. This means transportation is limited to essential medical care.

Advance Scheduling
Passengers are encouraged to call at least one business day before their ride. Same-day rides may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
