Kevin serves as JPTA's top decision-maker, directing overall planning, budgeting, staffing, and daily operations while carrying out the policies and priorities set by the Board of Directors.
Kristin Grooms
Deputy Director
Kristin partners with the Executive Director to oversee daily transit operations, staff coordination, safety and security, and client service, while leading FCTA's human resources function and stepping in to lead the agency during the Executive Director's absence.
