Flexible, door-to-door transportation tailored to your specific needs. Schedule trips for medical appointments, shopping, or errands. We plan according to your day, not a fixed schedule.
Round Tokens
Request a round trip when booking to receive a color-coded token matching your fare ($5, $18, or $20). Show this token for your return ride. Tokens are valid same-day only and must be presented to board for the return trip.
Payment Methods
We accept cash and most major credit cards on all vehicles. Please note that a 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions to help maintain our service accessibility.
Medical & Private
Private pay trips are $1.75 per mile. Escorts for medical appointments ride for $15 per trip. For specialized long-distance transport outside Region 1, a flat rate of $400 applies.
Veterans Care
Veterans benefit from a specialized rate of $0.41 per mile for medical trips outside Region 1. Additionally, one escort may travel for free for veterans' medical appointments.
Charter Services
Charter trips are $75 per hour (2-hour minimum), plus fueling fees. Non-profit organizations receive a 50% discount on charter rates. Ideal for group events and organizational transit needs.

Ride to Work Passes
Reliable transportation for employees traveling to work throughout Western Kentucky. Our pass system is designed for high accessibility and ease of use. Passes are sold and renewed on the 10th of each month. This pass provides transportation to work and a return ride home after the employee’s shift is completed.

Medicaid / GRITS Transportation
Transportation Assistance Programs
FCTA works with the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services to provide non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid recipients through the GRITS program. If you have a current Medicaid card, you may be eligible for transportation to and from your medical appointments at no cost to you.

Call the GRITS center at least 72 hours (3 business days) before your scheduled appointment. Have your Medicaid ID, doctor's name, address, and appointment time ready when you call.
