How to Schedule a Ride
 Booking Process
Demand Response Service Hours
- Call Dispatch at (270) 472-0660.
- Provide your name, pickup address, destination, and requested travel time.
- Our scheduling team will coordinate the best available trip for your transportation needs.
- Be ready at your pickup location a few minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Advance Scheduling
Passengers are encouraged to call as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
 Medicare Transportation
We offer specialized transportation for those using Medicare/Medicaid benefits for medical visits.
 GRITS Transportation
FCTA coordinates with the GRITS program for regional and specialized transit needs.

County to City Travel
$10 one-way / $18 round trip
Ride to Work Pass (within county)
$100 monthly
Ride to Work Pass (other counties)

Payment is due at time of service unless pre-approved through Medicare, GRITS, or another program.
