How to Schedule a Ride

 Booking Process
Demand Response Service Hours
  • Call Dispatch at (270) 472-0660.
  • Provide your name, pickup address, destination, and requested travel time.
  • Our scheduling team will coordinate the best available trip for your transportation needs.
  • Be ready at your pickup location a few minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Advance Scheduling

Passengers are encouraged to call as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

 Medicare Transportation

We offer specialized transportation for those using Medicare/Medicaid benefits for medical visits.

 GRITS Transportation

FCTA coordinates with the GRITS program for regional and specialized transit needs.

Within City Limits

$3 one-way / $5 round trip

County to City Travel

$10 one-way / $18 round trip

Ride to Work Pass (within county)

$100 monthly

Ride to Work Pass (other counties)

$150 monthly

Half-price rides for seniors ages 55+

Friday Military Special

Half-price rides for veterans and active military

Ride to Work Passes

Monthly passes sold on the 10th of each month

Please schedule rides at least 24 hours in advance.

GRITS riders must contact GRITS first.

Important Rider Notes

Medicare riders must contact their provider first.

Payment is due at time of service unless pre-approved through Medicare, GRITS, or another program.
